REQUIREMENTS TO RESIDE AT GR

Be enrolled in a bachelor’s or post-graduate course for the 2020-2021 academic year in the Community of Madrid.

Ideally, be enrolled in morning classes at the university or business school where you’re studying.

Doubts and FAQs

Applications will be submitted online, by completing and sending the online application form which will be available on our website.

The IT system organises the application forms by access group, and within each group, by score, from highest to lowest. Group one: Scholarship residents and senior residents.
Direct allocation of places to students who have applied for the GR SCHOLARSHIP, according to the profile established by the partner Companies.
Senior residents who plan to carry on with their course from the previous year and apply to carry on the following year at GR. Group two: First-year bachelor’s students.
Potential residents who have passed the entrance exam for their bachelor’s degree and have enrolled for the first time in official courses taught by a University in the year corresponding to their admission. Group four: Bachelor’s degree students in their second, third or fourth year and Master’s or PhD students.
University students who have already begun their bachelor’s or post-graduate studies in previous years and are enrolled in an academic course during the year corresponding to their admission to the student residence.
Master’s and PhD students who are enrolled in the academic course corresponding to the year of their admission to the student residence. Regardless of whether it’s their first or second year.

Students enrolled in official bachelor’s or post-graduate courses taught by any University, either in person or remotely. Foreign students who participate in European Education Programmes or other international cooperation programmes through agreements signed by Public Universities or the Ministry responsible for universities, with the participation of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport. Students who are studying at another Spanish university and participate in annual national mobility and temporary exchange programmes.

You will be able to apply for one of our scholarships once you’ve started the admission process at GR and the admissions department has contacted you. The person responsible for processing your admission into our community will handle any doubts that may arise, for example, about the nature of the requirements and conditions.

Gaming Residences is a safe environment, with protective measures in place against COVID-19, and we make the health security measures promoted by the Community of Madrid available to our residents and the centre’s staff.
